Job Description
Our client in the insurance sector is preparing for an acceleration phase and must complete its target architecture and roadmap while managing its ongoing initiative portfolio.
The selected candidate will oversee the business architecture for prioritized initiatives within the client’s SECM portfolio. This role requires close collaboration with the enterprise architect responsible for the SECM portfolio, a team of IT solution architecture experts, and business leaders.
The architect will develop business cases in the Agile portfolio of SECM and work directly within the value creation system inspired by the SAFe framework.
Additionally, the candidate will contribute to:
- The development and updating of the SECM roadmap.
- Strategic scoping and business case initiatives.
- Scoping and creation of business cases.
- Establishing the business architecture practice within the SECM portfolio.
Technical Expertise
- Experienced Business Architect: Over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in digital projects, customer experience, and data-driven initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage scope: Define, structure, and oversee initiatives using business architecture tools.
- Strong analytical skills: Elicit and document business needs, ensuring alignment with solution design using business architecture methodologies.
- Influential leadership: Demonstrated ability to align management and mobilize work teams.
- Clear storytelling: Proficiency in producing concise, executive-level documentation.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior executives effectively.
